Possible Mini-Reunions
Chicago/Boston '07 seems far away. Really far away. Actually ridiculously and heart-wrenchingly far away. So I'm thinking (haha insert joke about Johes "thinking") that we might be able to meet up at one of the all-expenses paid college recruiting weekends held during the fall. I just got information about one at Princeton focusing on the humanities during September 9- October 1 and some other people were talking about one at Swarthmore for minorities at the same time. I was hoping that a lot of us could apply for these and meet up together for free somewhere. For the Princeton one you have to be nominated by your school and I think the same might be true for the Swarthmore. Unfortunately, I couldn't find websites for these two programs, all I know is that one is called the Princeton Humanities Symposium and the other is Discover @ Swarthmore. If anyone has more information on these or any other ones please post it so that we can have as many people going as possible because I miss you guys and want to see all of you again as soon as possible!

You don't have to be nominated for the Swarthmore one, I recieved an app in the mail. It was red and had lots of little squares with pictures of people on it.
One of which was an Indian woman doing henna.

I'm gonna check these out. I talked to my counselor today and she's friggin' awesome, so I'm gonna forward her the info. ^^
Remember you guys, the Discovery Weekend @ Swarthmore app must be postmarked on August 31.
Also....it's September 29-October 1, not September 9. Good job, Johes.
