Also if the votes are too horribly divided, we could have 2.... One for the people who could go to Boston, and one for the people who would rather go to Chicago.

I understand that having 2 would mean that you wouldn't see half of the people. But that way lets say we decide to have it in Chicago. Having one would mean that you would see no one, having 2 means at least some people for you.
