I've never celebrated Halloween before. I've never gone trick-or-treatin'. I've never dressed up before. So you want to know what I did on Tuesday night? I turned in my Yale application! Wait...no...that was Monday night. Crap.
No...for Halloween, I went to a showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show!!
ARGH, It was so much fun!! Our local theatre was clearing out their old seats, so everyone brought a lawn chair and we threw as much toast, rice, cards, and confetti as we wanted. We shouted at the screen and actors (the guy who played Frankenfurter was a professional drag queen who strips at Martha's Vineyard, a gay club downtown. I seriously thought he was a woman. And the guy who played Brad Majors used to go to my school. He was hot).
Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures, because I don't have a camera...Poo. But still. Let me just say: trench coat. And I wore my silver slippers from The Wiz. Aida would've been proud.

You have a gay bar called "Martha's Vineyard." That makes me very sad, considering I am a big Martha's Vineyard fan.
I've never gone trick-or-treating either... I had never really celebrated Halloween (save when I was like 1 or 2 years old), til' this year since it was always against our religious beliefs.
Go, Yale, go! G'luck with your apps, Grace. ^_^
*beams*
I AM proud!
that sounds frickin sweet
Yale EA? Sweeet.
Haha, I remember our trauma after the Rocky Horror Picture Show screening at TASP. Don (in his frilly dress) definitely got the most compliments.
