It's a clip from the Colbert Report. I mainly used because of the Hungarian part. This was before people actually started following his directions; later, he won the online poll (for the name of a Hungarian bridge,) but he was disqualified for not speaking Hungarian and for being alive. Also, there were seven million more votes for him than there were people living in Hungary.
